URBAN HEALTH - URBAN LIVING
Penn State University
The research program entitled, “Identifying Urban Transition Priority Areas for Mother and Child Interventions in Cape Town and Pune” has been granted by PSU. Activities have been started and implemented since January 2015.
Pan University Network
The Center of Medicine and Society interacts with the Department of Pennsylvania State University together and with other key stakeholders with the PSU network to respond to global health challenges and to other worldwide challenges including climate change, food insecurity etc.
ZMG-TDR/WHO
Together with TDR-WHO (Special Program for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases), ZMG conducts a research on major urban infectious diseases (mainly Dengue fever and Chikungunya) in several cities of Latin America.
